Alexander Graf 88219e4d01 Refactor exceptions ...

- Rename DownloaderException to InstaloaderException

- Introduce NonfatalException to make handling of these errors easier

- Avoid using of InstaloaderException directly

- Catch InstaloaderException and KeyboardInterrupt in main loop to exit
  cleanly without stack trace
